Refund policy
We strive to provide top-tier customer service, which includes quality-assurance of all the items in our office before we ship orders to our #PolishedChics. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
However, please keep the following in consideration when selecting items for purchase:
- Details in description
- Suggestions for sizing (item runs small or large)
- Model size
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt of your order via email at inquiries@thepolishedchics.com or call 312-312-6480 or via messenger on our website www.thepolishedchics.com
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 7 days after your order is delivered to you.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
*Please allow 2-5 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 7 day window.
Also note that once you make your purchase, you are waiving your right to file chargebacks. Also upon purchase, you agree that The Polished Chics are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once placed in shipping transit.
